Wait Times-Approximately 1-4 weeks
-Should anything come up, I will notify the client of the delay.
-Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are a mixed bag, where I may get occupied due to errands, please keep that in mind.
-Rush orders have an added fee, though I may outright deny them if I feel I cannot deliver by the deadline.

I add the PayPal Fee on top of the price of the commission

Refunds-If I'm unable to start/finish the commission for whatever reason, the client will be refunded: If not begun (Full Refund), if halfway or nearly done (Partial Refund).
